Fiction's Finest Nerds #38

While it is true that Moss from the IT crowd is an extreme stereotype of nerddom, I tend to identify a bit more with Roy. Roy is not portrayed as the ├╝ber knowledgeable tech, but has his smarts. He is more socially competent than Moss in many ways, but worse in many others. Roy holds a great deal of disdain for the people he supports, which is not only typical of IT, but at times necessary.

Not sure when we'll see it in the States. The Independent Film Channel shows it, but they are still showing series 1.

I need to rewatch this brilliant wee gem of a program! Your review and mentions of it here and on Twitter are just making me realize that more and more and I wish I could sometimes just leave my office for the day, go home, and freebase this show. I have done in the past and am always so let down when it's all over. *sigh*
