Not looking good for Sanctuary, or maybe it was me...

I have been waiting for this show for a few reasons; it's sci-fi, I kept seeing chicks in leather fighting each other, and the SciFi network has been advertising it since... oh, February?

So, I turned it on last night while the DVR was doing its thing and just as generic-cop-guy met Amanda Tapping, I fell asleep! Mix one part oldish-man (well, 38), with three part Molson Canadian, one part Pacifico, two-and-a-half parts fish tacos, and a dash of comfortable chair, serve in an unnecissarily stressful workday, and you get an out of shape middle ager falling asleep in front of the TV! I also fell asleep many years ago on LotR, but I was working on Paris time, and the movie was on late...

So, I kept it on the DVR and will watch it again. Any thoughts on how it was?

I enjoyed Sanctuary much more than I did Fringe. Sure, some of it was predictible and Amanda's character lost her mystery at the end when she revealed her secret. However, I was entertained for two hours and I'm looking towards next week's episode.
