Happy Tofurky Day!

So, just in case many of you are trapped with your parents, in-laws, or family in general and unable to get on the intertubes, thought I'd give a shout out today. The wife and I will be staying at home. Just us, the dogs, and probably a Law & Order marathon [groan]. Below is a picture of a portion of our feast. If you are not a meat eater, or want to try something different, the Tofurky roast is great, and the gravy will fool you - it tastes better than I remember the real thing tasted!
