Hmmmm... looks to be recent... if I had to venture a guess I'd say "Blitzkrieg: Escape from Stalag 69," but I can't say authoritatively! I hope this isn't a pop quiz and I've just displayed my ignorance ;)
The blonde appears to be wearing an outfit with open breasts which is not typical movie fare. I wonder if it is from Actiongirls.com, which creates short vids centering around boobs jiggling when heavy weapons are fired.

I'm calling this for Shon/Ghidorah. I couldn't read Ghidorah's review as je non comprampa l'Francais (see?), but that is definitely the blonde. And I could not get to Shon's link, as, well, he labeled as NSFW.
It looks surprisingly well produced, for a web only or straight to video exploitation flick. Just because your subject matter is low brow doesn't mean your cinematic skill has to be low. :-)
Nice grab by Empress Kate, who I perhaps put on the spot by Twittering her about it first... When it comes to nunsploitation and fappable Nazis, she's my go-to ;-)

I would trust Ghidorah's authority in these matters. It does look like some sort some video production from a place like actiongirls. I came across that site while looking for images for one of my Girls With Guns posts. I do not think the film is a 70's exploitation film. Does not have the look and the girls are too buff.
