Since returning from Mexico I have been putting out nearly a gallon of discolored liquid every day. Otherwise, all I do is sleep and sweat. Hope to get something going soon, but just do not have the energy. I am still alive, just wishing I wasn't. :-(
BTW, did you know that Mexican Pepto Bismol tastes like licorice? It is vile.

Ugh, feel better soon!
Feel better soon. Kaopectate is better. Won't plug you up like Imodium AD but will make the stomach cramps subside.
@Wings, thanks
@TP - going to the doc this afternoon. I think I might be dehydrated. Oh, and nothing is plugging me up. 8-(
You drank the water, didn't you?
I think it might have been some food. Or the underground river we swam in. They served bottled water, but we had ice all week. Hard to tell, but it is horrible.
Good luck with the healing process, Darius.
Thanks. Going to see my PA in a bit. Hoping for vicodin, though I cannot imagine how that will help ;-) Just kidding (though actually it does constipate...)
Sounds like a whole lot of fun!!
I'm totally rethinking that cruise from Tampa to Cozumel :( Feel better soon!
Hope you're okay!
@Ray - it was great until Friday morning :-8
@Ally - Cozumel is beautiful. Granted, I did not eat there. We went years ago s part of a cruise. We stopped at Punto Moreno (a great beach with no kids, as it is not for swimming) and the Mayan ruin, San Gervaiso. It is a small ruin, but interesting if you like that kind of thing. I rarely get sick. I am thinking it was either some pork from our last meal, or ceviché (Mexican sushi, sort of).
@KitFR - Getting there. Thanks. Gotta do something I'd rather not talk about for some lab work :-\
Montezuma's Revenge doesn't sounds like fun
Pretty awful. I think Montezuma's Revenge is actually gonorrhea :-) We gave them syphilis, so I guess it is fair ;-)
